Greece - Mitrovic and Jovovic ready to make their debut with Peristeri

| Aleksandar Mitrovic (202-F-90) and Bosko Jovovic (205-F/C-83) passed their medicals and they are ready to play with DASH Peristeri GS Athens against Kavala. The two Serbs agreed terms with the club from Athens during the week and after their medical examination, they are officially new players of Peristeri.

| Fifth ranked Lithuanian Rudupis won a double-overtime thriller against 3rd placed Russian Triumph Lyubertsy by five points 112-107 on Thursday night. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Triumph Lyubertsy. The best player for the winners was Adas Juskevicius who scored 30 points. Triumph Lyubertsy's coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Rudupis maintains fifth place in 1 with 10-5 record |

Turkey - Fenerbahce Ulker far from the quarterfinal playoffs after 72-62 defeat against Panathinaikos

| After a 72-62 defeat in Greece against Panathinaikos, Fenerbahce Ulker dropped to the last place in group G of the Turkish Airlines Euroleague, and will need a miracle to make it to the quarterfinal playoffs. Panathinaikos led from start to finish, using tough defense to hold Ulker to 27 points in the first half and force many of Fenerbahces 21 turnovers. Bojan Bogdanovic led FB Ulker with 15 points, Roko Ukic added 13 and Curtis Jerrells 11. Mirsad Turkcan notched a game-high 13 rebounds |

| After successful tryout period, Brandon Hazzard (188-G-87, college: Troy) signed a deal with SKS Polpharma-Pakmet Starogard Gd.. The 24 years old American guard spent his university career with Troy Trojans averaging 10.3 points and 1.2 assists in 21 minutes on the floor. This is his first trip to play in Europe.  Matej Baksic | Rogaska Crystal parted ways with interim coach Tihomir Tabak , who went 4-3 after Matej Baksic stepped down in mid December. Baksic had a 4-5 record. Tabak was replaced by assistant coach Peter Markovinovic for the remainder season.
Rogaska agreed terms with former U-20 national team coach Radomir Mijanovic in mid-week for a season and half, but he withdrew an arrangement. Accordin some rumors he will join Mehmet Becirovic as assistant coach of Iran national team. |

Switzerland - Boylan's double-double lands him Player of the Week award

 Ian Boylan | 28-year old swingman Ian Boylan (197-G/F-83) put on an amazing game in the last round for Monthey and receives a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 19.
He got a double-double of 13 points and 11 assists, while his team beat Boncourt (#7, 4-13) 83-74. Monthey maintains the 4th position in Swiss league. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Monthey will need more victories to improve their 12-5 record |
