Amid huge concerns over flight issues thanks to the still problematic Icelandic volcanic ash cloud billowing throughout the skies of Europe, it looks like the Europa League Final will go ahead without any major problems in Hamburg tomorrow night. Premier League side Fulham take on the much fancied Atletico Madrid in what promises to be an enthralling match - the underdog up against the technical masters.
I'm not a big fan of either side, but you've got to admire the fact that Fulham, working under the recently titled Manager of the Year Roy Hodgson (that's Woy to his friends), have fully deserved their place in the final thanks to some inspirational performances. Not one of the Premier League's elite, of course, but any side that comes through a campaign after beating the likes of Juventus, Basel, Shakhtar Donetsk, Wolfsburg and Hamburg fully deserves their place in the final. Atletico may be just a tad too far for this Fulham side, but it's one match, 90 minutes of footie, and we all know it ain't over til the fat lady sings...or bleats, or whatever it is she does...
I'll be watching the game, patriotically behind the Londoners rather than the Spaniards (I guess it's a Brit thing, and also about us always going for the underdog) and I have a feeling it's going to be a cracker. I also hope Bobby Zamora makes it past any injury concerns around him at the moment, because he could well be the factor that swings it for Fulham.
The Premier League didn't dominate the Champions League as they have done in recent seasons, but they could still come out shining on Wednesday night...the consensus doesn't agree however, they reckon it's a 2-1 for Atletico! What do you think?
And don't forget, you can also keep track of the game on the Hunchers Live Score page!

James - A football mad Brit with his eye on the ball. He doesn't care which team you support, he just cares that you love footie as much as he does. And don't even think about asking who he supports, because if he tells you, he might have to kill you...
